Overview

• The IT city at Gurgaon is now moving southwards to Manesar to cater to growing demand of BPO's and ITES.
• Silverglades and its associate Karan Apartments and Builders bid for a 10 acre IT Park at Manesar and was awarded the site by HSIDC due to its track record.
• Preparatory work on the IT Park has already commened.
• The Facility, when completed will comprise of high end office spaces, commercial and entertainment areas alongwith requisite group housing.
