Mr. Pradeep Jain has extensive involvement in real estate development in India and is attributed with pioneering the development of high-end residential and leisure realty in the country. Mr. Jain completed his M.B.A. from Texas, USA after his M.S. (Post Graduation) in Economics also from Texas, USA. Prior to this he completed his B.A. in Economic Honours from Delhi University and M.A. in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics.
Anubhav Jain, Director Group Silverglades
Mr Anubhav Jain is a graduate from Purdue University, USA where he studied Finance and Marketing and served as a Student Director on the Purdue Student Union Board. During his coursework at Purdue and after graduation, he gained experience in Finance and Marketing while working at Johnson & Johnson and Bank of America. He went on to work in Eli Lilly & Company fulltime before returning to India in 2007 to join Silverglades Group in real estate development. With his passion for creating lifestyle residential developments, he plays an integral role in all stages of various real estate projects undertaken by the company. He is also a passionate golfer and plays squash regularly.
Shiv Hazari, Non Executive Director
Mr. Shiv Hazari has over 55 years of professional life during which has help very Senior position in, ITC Ltd. In India, Scotts Holdings & Stockton investments in Singapore and Visual web Solutions, a highly specialized US based software Development Company
He had spearheaded the formation of the Joint Venture between ITC and Silverglades in 1993 which led to the innovative path breaking projects like Classic Golf Resort & Laburnum
His multi –business operational & management experience has been invaluable to the group, after he joined in 2002 as corporate adviser.
Vijay Chowdhry, Marketing Adviser
Mr. Vijay Chowdhry has over 40 years of professional experience and has held top level positions over the last 20 years. He was the Managing Director of International Travel House Limited, an ITC group company and was also the Chairman of Landbase Pvt. Ltd., the Joint Venture Company between ITC Ltd and Silverglades. He is a hard nosed Marketing man and an asset to the Group.
Col. S K Bhattacharya, Director Silverglades Golf Development Company
Col. S.K. Bhattacharya is a well known Golf Architect and Constructor and heads a highly trained team to execute golf courses of international standards. He has been in the field of golf course construction for over 15 years. Starting from being involved with upgradation of Army Golf Course in Delhi and various other army golf courses in the country, he headed the construction team for the development of Classic Golf Resort in Gurgaon and Jaypee Greens Golf Resort in Greater Noida.
